About Steve – your workplace well-being facilitator

Steve is a certified mindfulness coach and breathwork facilitator who has personally experienced how these practices help reduce ADHD symptoms and enhance creativity. 

As a comedy writer, Steve also brings an engaging and entertaining approach, making sure even the most sceptical enjoy his workshops!

Steve has led corporate wellness workshops for companies including
Netflix, co-working spaces like X+Why, and more.

His sessions are adaptable for teams of all sizes, from small groups to large corporate events.

 Steve collaborated with us at Netflix to host a series of breathwork sessions. These sessions accommodated between 10 and 70 participants. All sessions received exceptionally positive feedback. I would highly recommend him for both professional and personal purposes.
